Return Policy
Due to hygienic purposes we do not offer a return or refund for change of mind. We accept returns for faulty items or items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at cieloclubofficial@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us for inspection. Upon receiving the damaged item we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available we will provide a refund or store credit.
